Reporting obligation

The notification of all electronic recording systems within the meaning of Section 1 (1) sentence 1 KassenSichV acquired before July 1, 2025 must be submitted by July 31, 2025. Electronic recording systems acquired after July 1, 2025 or relevant changes to them must be reported within one month.
When reporting the decommissioning of electronic recording systems, the acquisition must be reported in advance.
